My credit card was declined during the order process, can you help?

If you are ordering services for the first time and your credit card was declined, we are usually unable to assist you. This stems mainly from our inability to control how a credit card is accepted or declined by the issuing bank. We recommend checking the following:
-Your address matches the address your credit card company has on file
-You entered the correct 3 digit CVV2 code on the back of your card or if an American Express credit card, the correct 4 digit security code on the front of the card
-Your credit card country of origin matches the country your address is in
-You have enough available funds for the transaction
-Your credit card has not been frozen, cancelled, or otherwise invalidated
-You have not reported your credit card lost or stolen
-You allow foreign transactions on the credit card if your credit card does not originate from the United States
-Your credit card has been activated if new
Once you have resolved the problem, you are welcome to try the same card again. In some cases, you will need to contact your credit card issuer to find out why the credit card is being declined. Credit card companies can usually tell you what is causing the card to be declined including if the address you are using and what the credit card company has on file is not matching. We are unable to provide you this information due to security and risk concerns, please do not ask.
If after you have called your credit card company to confirm all your information is valid and none of the conditions from above apply to you and your card is still being declined, it may because some of your information provided is being labeled high-risk by our credit card processing company Stripe. Although we cannot go into details on what high-risk countries we do not accept credit card payments from or what exact conditions we may have instructed our credit card processor to decline transactions, we will not override these declines for any reason. You are welcome to use an alternative payment method that we accept instead.
