What is the provisioning time for your services?

Although the vast majority of our services are provisioned instantly, please refer to this guide for the timeline on the provisioning of new services. We kindly ask that if your services have not yet been setup and are within the provisioning timetable still, please do not open a ticket asking when you can expect your services. Opening a ticket to inquire about your services that have not yet been provisioned will cause your order to drop to the bottom of the queue and may cause an additional delay. Only open a ticket regarding new orders if your order has fallen outside our guideline below or has been indicated as requiring additional information from you.
