Here's how it Works:
- Write your article and submit it to our billing department
- We will get back to you within 48 hours how much we are willing to credit your account
- Depending on the content, complexity, and if the General Guidelines were followed, we credit $5 to $50 (or more!) per article depending on quality
- You accept, we credit your account, your article is posted in our knowledge base
General Guidelines:
- Article or tutorial must be unique and original work
- Best articles include screenshots but this is not required
- Article/tutorial should be written so a beginner can understand
- Article/tutorial should cover a subject not yet covered in our knowledge base
- Technical in nature with a clear objective
- Easy to follow, no grammatical or spelling mistakes
- Should be related to the type of technology we offer (do not send us baking recipes!)
- Think of task you had difficulties with and write the tutorial how to accomplish the task
- Clear requirements (what are the minimum requirements to accomplish the tutorial?)
What to Avoid:
- Copying articles from other websites, whether in full or partial
- Reusing previously created work
- Screenshots with user identifiable information (public IP addresses, names, passwords, etc.)
- Articles that are divided into parts (Part 1, Part 2, Part 3)
- Non-clear objectives
