Yes, you can still get an account with us depending on why exactly your account was rejected in the first place.
There are many reasons an order can be flagged for possible for fraud and our system isn't 100% accurate all the time. To assist in the process, please send us a copy of your credit card, both front and back, along with some form of government issued identification. If your government issued identification does not have an address or your current address, please send a copy of a recent utility bill as well. This will help speed up the process in verifying your information. Please open up a ticket with billing and we will be more than happy to sort it out for you.
Note that we will not give you specifics as to why your account was originally rejected as we use a proprietary fraud detection system.
Do not open a ticket with us without providing the information required above. Opening a ticket stating your account was marked fraud and asking why will result in us blocking you from future orders.
