If you do not currently subscribe to an Enterprise plan or to our phone support add-on, you can still use our phone support but each call will incur a $5 fee which will be charged to your account. As always, Mean Servers will continue to provide free 24 hour, 7 days a week, 365 days a year support via our ticket system or online chat to all clients regardless of the plan you are currenthly on.
