I was charged two days before my invoice due date

As per our terms of services agreement, Mean Servers charges credit cards and PayPal agreements 48 hours prior to the due date on your invoice. This is to allow clients time to resolve any payment problems before the actual due date and prevent service disruptions.

If you plan on cancelling your services with us, you must submit a cancellation request through the client area at least 48 hours before the due date on your invoice, Denver time. Failure to do so will result in charges against your credit card or PayPal account for an additional month. We cannot refund payments that are received after the cancellation window has passed. Unused credit may be applied to your Mean Servers account if requested before the service renewal date for future use.

Unused credit does not expire and can be used to pay any future invoice with Mean Servers including for new services.
