Refund Policy

Mean Serves will only refund a client when a gross mishap has occurred within the first 48 hours of service activation and the client has worked in good faith with Mean Servers to resolve the problem if applicable. Clients that may be affected by a gross mishap directly attributed to actions performed by an authorized representative of Mean Servers or issues encountered that are clearly Mean Servers' responsibility after the initial 48 hour period are covered under our Service Level Agreement and are not entitled to a refund under any circumstance but rather a credit as outlined in the SLA.

Examples of situations where no refunds will be provided, including but not limited to: misconfiguration on the clients part, inability to manage an unmanaged plan, illegal activities, the use of any false personal information during the order process, buyers remorse, falsified IP address justification, inability to justify IP addresses resulting in a smaller allocation than requested, DDoS/DoS attacks, early cancellations, downgrades, sabotage by client, program/code incompatibility, or any violation of our Acceptable Use Policy and/or Terms of Services agreements.

Should a client decide they need a larger plan than the one purchased through Mean Servers, your account will be credited for the unused time and applied to your upgrade before being invoiced. Clients may perform an upgrade at anytime during their services with Mean Servers and have any unused credit on current services applied to the upgraded services. No credit is given for downgrades.
